Terms and conditions

By placing your order with us, you agree and accept the bellow terms and conditions.

Orders

Orders are welcome - selected and confirmed here in our web-shop, or filled in our price-list/order form and sent to us via e-mail: 

For all European destinations and at the same time- for orders for up to 1500,00 eur, our web-shop will calculate the shipping price immediately, letting you decide quickly and easily for your order. 

For bigger orders we will precisely check transport costs, so that we guarantee minimum shipping expenses for you.

Lead-time would take up between 2 and 4 weeks normally, but we are always ready to speed up production and shorten our terms in case an important deadline has to be matched.

Prices

All prices in the web-shop include 20 % VAT.

Companies from the European Union with a valid VAT number can pay the goods on their NET value- i.e. without the 20 % VAT. In that case- the payment should be effected only after our confirmation and on the base of a Proforma invoice issued by us.

Payments

Payments can be done by bank transfer or through Paypal ( using an existing Paypal account ) or with a debit/credit card ( using our virtual POS terminal ). In case you have been provided with a shipping price – you can make the payment immediately after confirming your order. The necessary info will be displayed in the order process.

In case you will pay with a debit/credit card – we will contact you within 2 days and provide you with a personalized Internet link to the page of the Bulgarian card operator, where you will conclude the payment.

Of course you can always wait until we confirm, that your order is ready and then make the payment just before shipment.

Returns

If you receive goods with shipping discrepancies or damaged in any way- we will replace them at our expense. Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.

In case for any reason you wish to return the purchased goods, you can do that at your own expenses. A refund is allowed only for unused and undamaged products. We have the right to keep a restock fee up to 15 % of the purchasing value, depending on the condition of the packaging materials.
